1. Services Provided

Scale Cashflow LLC offers consulting services, digital product delivery, and educational coaching. All services are rendered on a custom basis and tailored to each client’s individual needs and requests.

Work begins upon mutual agreement between the client and our team. No payment is collected until the work is completed and delivered.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the service and before any deliverables are released to the client.

• Accepted payment methods include Stripe, Credit/Debit Card, ACH Transfers, and Wires.

• All Credit/Debit Card transactions are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. That said, we have established the following refund policy:

• Full Refunds are available for up to 30 calendar days after the payment date.

• Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@scalecashflow.com within the 30-day window.

• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment, without exception.

• Since payment is only collected once the work has been completed, clients are encouraged to review all deliverables thoroughly before making the final payment.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete the requested services.

• Clients agree to timely communication and prompt review of work in order to prevent delays in service completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scale Cashflow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
